Responsibilities include light cleaning, price-tagging new stock, and helping the store manager with opening or closing checklists. Shifts are flexible — choose from early morning (6:00-10:00), daytime (10:00-17:00), or evening (17:00-22:00) slots, 2 to 5 days a week. Hourly wage begins at ¥1,080, with a small night-shift allowance for shifts starting after 22:00. Basic Japanese conversation ability helps with customer interactions, but non-native speakers are welcome to apply. Staff receive a store discount, a free uniform, and one complimentary meal or drink per shift.
