About this role
Ryohin Keikaku (MUJI) is hiring Shelf Stocking Staff for a location in Saitama. You'll greet customers, handle simple transactions, and help keep shelves fully stocked throughout your shift. Shifts are flexible — choose from early morning (6:00-10:00), daytime (10:00-17:00), or evening (17:00-22:00) slots, 2 to 5 days a week. Pay starts at ¥1,020 per hour and is reviewed every six months based on performance. No prior experience is required — full training is provided during your first two weeks on the job. Staff receive a store discount, a free uniform, and one complimentary meal or drink per shift.
