Weekday and weekend shifts are both available, typically 3-6 hours per shift, with the schedule finalized about a month in advance. Hourly wage begins at ¥1,080, with a small night-shift allowance for shifts starting after 22:00. Basic Japanese conversation ability helps with customer interactions, but non-native speakers are welcome to apply. You'll get paid training, a uniform provided free of charge, and the option to increase your hours once you're settled in.
