Core duties include preparing in-store food and drink items, covering the register during busy periods, and supporting newer staff. Shifts are flexible — choose from early morning (6:00-10:00), daytime (10:00-17:00), or evening (17:00-22:00) slots, 2 to 5 days a week. Pay starts at ¥1,020 per hour and is reviewed every six months based on performance. Basic Japanese conversation ability helps with customer interactions, but non-native speakers are welcome to apply. Staff receive a store discount, a free uniform, and one complimentary meal or drink per shift.
