Hourly wage begins at ¥1,080, with a small night-shift allowance for shifts starting after 22:00. Basic Japanese conversation ability helps with customer interactions, but non-native speakers are welcome to apply. Staff receive a store discount, a free uniform, and one complimentary meal or drink per shift.
