Shifts are flexible — choose from early morning (6:00-10:00), daytime (10:00-17:00), or evening (17:00-22:00) slots, 2 to 5 days a week. Hourly wage begins at ¥1,080, with a small night-shift allowance for shifts starting after 22:00. Open to students, homemakers, and anyone re-entering the workforce; a friendly attitude matters more than experience. Staff receive a store discount, a free uniform, and one complimentary meal or drink per shift.
