NewDays (JR East) is hiring Customer Service Counter Staff for a location in Oita. Day-to-day tasks include operating the cash register, restocking shelves, and keeping the sales floor clean and welcoming for customers. Shifts are flexible — choose from early morning (6:00-10:00), daytime (10:00-17:00), or evening (17:00-22:00) slots, 2 to 5 days a week. Starting hourly wage is ¥1,100, with commuting costs reimbursed in full up to a daily cap. Open to students, homemakers, and anyone re-entering the workforce; a friendly attitude matters more than experience. Staff receive a store discount, a free uniform, and one complimentary meal or drink per shift.
