Shifts are flexible — choose from early morning (6:00-10:00), daytime (10:00-17:00), or evening (17:00-22:00) slots, 2 to 5 days a week. Pay starts at ¥1,020 per hour and is reviewed every six months based on performance. Open to students, homemakers, and anyone re-entering the workforce; a friendly attitude matters more than experience. You'll get paid training, a uniform provided free of charge, and the option to increase your hours once you're settled in.
